Select your desired weight by adjusting the yellow pin. On all cybex devices the adjustments are easy to reach, easy to see and are highlighted in yellow.
Start by sitting down on the device and adjusting the foot bar so that your thighs are parallel to the floor and your hips are against the pad.
Lean back as far as comfortable and grasp the handels with straight arms.
Bending from the trunk push forward as far as comfortable and after returning to the starting position.
Repeat that movement until the desired reps are achieved.
