Than take a look in steps how to do the exercise

Step 1

Select your desired weight by adjusting the yellow pin. On all cybex devices the adjustments are easy to reach, easy to see and are highlighted in yellow.

Step 2

Adjust the thigh gap to a comfortable position by pulling on the yellow lever.

Step 3

Grasp the handles with your palms facing forward and sit down with your thighs under the pad.

Step 4

Pull the handle downward as far as comfortable.

Step 5

Return to your starting position and repeat that movement until the desired reps are achieved.
